What To Expect: The Travlyrics Process
1. Virtual Conversation Sheet (VCS)
In order to have a productive discussion regarding the scope of your project,
we need to gather some information prior to our initial conversation. Our VCS questionaire will be emailed to you. The VCS is very important to our process. If you do not return it, we may not be able to do business.
2. Virtual Conversation / Free Consultation
Virtual Conversations allow busy clients to discuss projects by phone or email.
3. Good Faith Estimate
• Graphic Services
$135 min fee ($65.00 per hour for each additional hour)
Require a retainer of $135 (cash discount: save 3%, pay by money order, check or cash)
• Digital Printing Estimates vary by Qauntity, Measurements, and Paper Quality,
Retainer requirement 50% to 75%.
• Balance paid on delivery.

4. Placement Proofing is done via Email or Private Webpage.
• Initial Proof based on Vrtual Conversation / Consultation
• 2nd proof reflecting your revisions
• 3rd proof reflecting your additional revisions (if needed)
• 1 Hard copy proofs printed from an inkjet printer, delivered to you. (if needed)
• You will need to Approve, Sign and Return the proof to Travlyrics.
5. Upon payment of your balance you will recieve, either:
• Email containing your final artwork.
• Delivery of Baby Billboards™
6. Payment Method
